Who we are
The Data Licensing Report is published by Income Navigators LLC ("we", "us"), 30 Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: editor@thedatalicensingreport.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, the role you choose (business owner, advisor, other), the page you signed up on, and campaign tags if a link brought you here.
- Consent records: the wording you agreed to, its version, the time, your IP address and browser type.
Reading the site requires no account. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or data brokers.
How we use it
To send a confirmation email, then the newsletter you asked for. We use double opt-in: nothing is sent beyond the confirmation until you click the link in it.
Who we share it with
Our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database and spam checks) and an email delivery service that sends our emails. We do not sell or rent subscriber information, and we do not share it with data buyers or with our referral business.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days.
- When you unsubscribe, we delete your email address, IP address and browser details. We keep only a one-way scrambled version of the address (a hash) so we can honor your choice if someone tries to sign you up again.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete your information, email editor@thedatalicensingreport.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we honor them.
Security
Information is stored in an encrypted database with access limited to our team using two-factor sign-in. We will notify you and the authorities as required by law if a breach affects your information.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date.
